Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 16.10.2019 (Annexure No.2) regarding to make demarcation of the land in question by the competent authorities again and handed over the possession to the petitioners on their land at plot no.570 area 0.1330 hectare in Chak no.630 in village Taharpur Bhabhisa, Pargana Kandhala, Tehsil Kairana, District Shamli."
By means of this writ petition, petitioner seeks directions for expeditious disposal of his representation dated 16.10.2019.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to endeavour to decide the representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
