The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Recall Application dated 25.1.2021 filed for recalling of the order dated 18.1.2021 passed in Revision No.01168/2019 (Computerized Case No.C- 201905000001168) pending in the Court of Additional Commissioner (Admin-I), Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 25.1.2021 filed for recalling of the order dated 18.1.2021 passed in Revision No.01168/2019 (Computerized Case No.C- 201905000001168) be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
