Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1, 2 and 3 and Sri A.P. Paul, learned counsel for respondent No.4.
Upon perusal of the averments made in the writ petition and documents appended thereto, it transpires that the petitioner has already approached this Court by means of Writ C No.26595 of 2018 (Jeela Jeet Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) with the same prayer which was dismissed by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.09.2018, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure No.7 to the writ petition on the ground that the petition was not only devoid of merits but also suffers from delay and latches.
This writ petition which is the second writ petition filed by the petitioner on the same cause of action is not maintainable and is dismissed as not maintainable.
