JUDGMENT / ORDER

After hearing learned advocate Mr. Pratik Jasani appearing for the petitioner, it appears that the statutory notice as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 is not duly served as Acknowledgment Due has returned with an endorsement Left .
Mr.
Jasani seeks time to find out some authorities on the point that the endorsement left made by postal authorities would amount to service. Request for time is granted. Hence, S.O. to 30-7-2008.
