JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr. H.K.Patel appearing for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition, where he has challenged the order of Principal Civil Judge, Jagadia made in Regular Civil Suit No. 37 of 2007 below Exh.62 on 4.10.2010. Keeping his right open by resorting to alternative efficacious remedy and subject to legal contention of the other side being open including that of limitation, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the same is disposed of accordingly.
