1. Heard Sri Prabha Shankar Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2. Notice need not be issued to respondents No. 3 to 5 at this stage.
2. The only relief sought in the writ petition is that Revision No.45 of 2018, (Jay Bhagwan vs. Man Singh (died) and Another) under Section 333 of U.P.Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending since 07.03.2018 before Additional Commissioner, Meerut, respondent no.2, be directed to be decided expeditiously.
3. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the aforesaid revision is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
4. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, as such, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid revision, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the same, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
5. Writ petition stands disposed of.
