The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction in Original Suit No.357 of 2017, expeditiously within a time specified by this Court.
Temporary injunction application has been filed by the petitioner. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that service on the defendant has been held to be sufficient by publication.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make all endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
