By means of this writ petition the petitioner submits that the passage adjacent to the property of the petitioner is being encroached by the respondent no. 6.
In case any private respondent is encroaching on any rightful land of the petitioner, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. No direction can be given to the Police Authorities to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
