1. Heard learned counsel Mr.M.A. Bukhari for the applicant and learned A.P.P. Mr.H.L. Jani for the respondent-State.
2. Learned counsel Mr.Bukhari submitted that the applicant has obtained report of the Sarpanch of village Laskana, Taluka-Kamrej, District-Surat. He further submitted that the applicant will file appropriate application before the concerned trial Court with regard to that report under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. In view of the above, learned advocate Mr.Bukhari seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission, as sought for, is granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
