Sri P.K. Giri, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that pursuant to the directions issued by the writ Court proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 were initiated in respect of four plots and that final orders have been passed thereon.
In view thereof, nothing further survives in this petition which shall stand disposed of.
