Jashwantbhai vs M. Sahai

1. We have heard learned counsel Mr B.T. Rao for the applicant in Misc. Civil Application No.2504 of 2011 by which he has sought review of our order dated 21.7.2011.

2. Mr B.T. Rao was not a counsel in the Letters Patent Appeal when the matter was finally disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties. Learned counsel Mr B.T. Rao has no right to file this review application as he was not the original counsel in the Letters Patent Appeal. This Misc.Civil Application is dismissed accordingly.
