On the condition that the petitioner No.2 to petitioner No.612 will file at least one page formal separate petition, office is directed to issue Notice making it returnable on 8.5.2012. Direct service is permitted.
The respondents are directed to file reply affidavit, on or before 4.5.2012. In view of the limited purpose and scope of the petition if time permits the petition may be heard finally on the returnable date. The reply affidavit shall be filed without any delay and any default will not be entertained. The petitioner will ensure that Direct service of the Notice is effected on or before 20.4.2012.
