Mr.
Satyam Chhaya, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that on account of pressing urgency certain documents though have been referred in the memo of the petition, in fact not been annexed to the petition and, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file fresh petition for the same cause of action with appropriate documents and narration thereof.
Permission as sought for is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the aforesaid observations. It would be open to the petitioner to bring about fresh petition on the same cause of action without suppressing any material facts on record.
