(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned advocate Ms Mansi Vyas for Shri N.K.Majmudar stated that Shri Majmudar does not appear for the respondent. In any case, Gujarat Electricity Board respondent herein has been subdivided into different Zonal electricity companies.
