Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the details of the Respondent No. 3 during the course of the day.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notices dated 13.11.2019, 27.11.2019 and 30.11.2019 issued by respondent no. 4. (Annexure-3, 5 and 7 to the writ petition)."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the development authority has illegally and arbitrarily denied further time to submit the map for compounding.
Per contra, Sri Amit Manohar, learned counsel for the Respondents No. 2, 3 and 4 has stated that despite the fact that sufficient time was given to petitioner, the petitioner failed to file any map for compounding.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking a lenient view of the matter, we grant one more opportunity to the petitioner to file map for compounding the construction allegedly made in violation of the sanctioned map within a period of four weeks from today.
For a period of four weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, provided the petitioner maintains status quo qua its construction and possession.
With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
