This revision has been filed against the order dated 27.03.2003 passed by U.P. Jila Magistrate, Jansath, Muzaffarnagar in case no. 2/C.A (Misc.) (Janeshwar Dayal Vs. Janardan and others) under Section 187,107,116 Cr.P.C by which, the Station House Officer, Police Station Mansoorpur, District Muzaffarnagar was directed to get the wall removed and to submit the compliance report. The revision was filed on 25.06.2003 and on 07.07.2003 vide order of this Court the same was rejected as none had appeared from the side of applicant. Thereafter, restoration application dated 28.07.2003 was given and since then the application is pending.
Since, none is present to press this application, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
