JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
In this writ petition, petitioners have payed for cancellation of allotment of Patta made by Land Management Committee in favour of ineligible persons. It is submitted on behalf of the State that for cancellation of Patta, application is maintainable before the District Magistrate, Lucknow under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
In view of the aforesaid statutory alternative remedy, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
