JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner trust has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations made on 11.05.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2017, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.
3.Ms.Abitha Banu, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent also submitted that the 1st respondent is the competent authority to pass orders on the petitioner's representation.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2017, and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
