Till the disposal of the appeal, the Municipality shall not compel the appellant to deposit the tax in pursuance of the interim order dated 23.8.2011 passed by this Court or in pursuance of any order passed by the Municipality pursuant to the interim order dated 23.8.2011 of this Court.
In view of above order, Civil Application No.2760 of 2012 shall stand finally disposed of with no order as to costs.
