The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.259 of 2013.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in R.MAHADEVAN, J.
sr Cr.No.259/2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.118 of 2016.
3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Cr.No.259/2013, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Original Petition is closed.
