A notice was already pasted on the notice board of the Court that in case of receipt of intimation of illness of one counsel for the parties where parties are represented by more than one counsel, it would not be a ground for adjournment of the case. Despite publication of such notice on the notice board, nobody is appearing for the appellant though this appeal is pending since 1987.
It appears that the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the appeal. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
