This petition challenges an order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer in proceedings under Section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act. The order impugned was passed on 26.08.2013.
The writ petition is therefore, reported to suffers from latches of 1904 days.
Not only do I find no cogent explanation for the delay of almost 6 years in filing the writ petition against the order impugned, the petitioner has also a statutory alternative remedy, which has not been availed.
In view of what has been stated above, the writ petition is dismissed.
