State counsel submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and two other persons.
In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy available to the petitioner under the law.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
