By this application, respondent no.2 to Matter under Article 227 No.6222 of 2018, Jai Veer Singh and 5 others vs. State of U.P. and 2 others, decided on 09.12.2020, seeks modification of my judgment and order aforesaid to the extent that it directs restoration of possession to the petitioners, if not already made, in compliance with the interim orders.
Upon perusal of the record and the present application, this Court is of opinion that no good ground is made out to modify my judgment or orders passed on merits after hearing parties.
This application is, accordingly, rejected.
