Looking to the change circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition, however, it is prayed that the order passed on the representation preferred by the petitioner may be supplied to him so that the remedy of appeal may be availed.
Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to supply copy of the order passed on the representation of the petitioner.
In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy in reference to the order passed by the respondents now.
A copy of the order would be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
