Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel Petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceeding of Case No. 06281 of 2019, Computerized Case No. T2019143604066281 (Jai Shankar v. State of U.P. and others) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the fourth respondent, Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, District Jaunpur.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the Court concerned to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, expeditiously preferably within three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
