According to the instructions received by Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, opposite party is on leave, having gone on pilgrimage, and therefore, personal affidavit required to be filed by him has not been filed. The aforesaid instructions have been furnished by the Joint Secretary of the department, who is looking after his work in the absence of opposite party.

The opposite party No. 2 shall file his personal affidavit disclosing information required by order dated 29.08.2018.
