The grievance of the petitioner is that his map has been rejected by Varanasi Development Authority on the ground of an order passed in PIL No. 4003 of 2006 whereas the Development Authority has passed the map of similarly situated persons. Reference has been made in paragraphs- 10, 11 and 12. In para- 12 it has been stated that the construction of memorial is going on in full swing which is within 500 meters of the High Flood Level from River Ganga. It is contended that the respondent Development Authority is discriminating the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel may seek instructions especially on paragraphs- 10,11 and 12 of the writ petition.
