1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. Supplementary affidavit tiled today is taken on reocrd.
3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to respondents authorities to provide the GPF as well as pension to the petitioner within specific period as may be fixed by this court.
4. In this regard, it has been submitted that petitioner has given a representation dated 15.03.2021 to the respondent No. 5 which is pending consideration and has not been decided so far.
5. Learned Standing Counsel does not object if a direction is issued to respondent for expeditious disposal of the representation preferred by the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure No. 10) expeditiously, say, within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law.
