This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to sanction family pension since 4.6.1986.
In paragraph-8 of the counter affidavit it has been stated that the petitioner was dismissed from service. There is no provision for payment of family pension in respect of the employee, who has been dismissed from service. The representation of the petitioner in this regard has also been decided by the concerned authority vide order dated 22.6.2007 and 8.8.2007, copies of which has been filed as Annexure-CA-1 and CA-2.
In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any good reason to issue any such direction, as prayed. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
