Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 1285 of 2015 (Jai Bhagwan vs. Smt. Kanti Devi and Others) instituted by the petitioner against the defendants- respondents within the specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the defendants have already entered appearance and are contesting the proceedings. The matter has been posted for recording of evidence.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavours to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
