Learned APP Ms.Krina Calla waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent.
This application is filed by the applicant for extension of parole which was granted by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2012 passed in Special Criminal Application No.74 of 2012.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the parole granted by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2012 passed in Special Criminal Application No.74 of 2012 is extended for a further period of fifteen (15) days on the same terms and conditions and that on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is partly allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
