Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 6.3.2012. On 6.3.2012, again the matter was adjourned to today, at the request of Mr. Pandya. Even today, when the matter was called out learned advocate Mr. Pandya is not present. Therefore, the present appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
