JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE. Ms.Mehta, learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent.
2. This application is preferred by the convict for being released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days for the purpose of finding a suitable for himself.
3. Heard Ms.Mehta, learned APP for the respondent and perused the record. Considering the fact that the applicant is convicted recently in October 2014 for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, this application cannot be granted. Accordingly, this application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
