Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Ram Chandra holding brief of Shri Pranjal Mehrotra appears for respondent nos.2 and 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in array of parties.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to release pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner and for a further direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.3.2021 within stipulated period.
It is contended that the petitioner had retired on 29.1.2020 after attaining the age of superannuation from the post of Fitter from Bridge Construction Unit, Jhansi but till date retiral dues as well as pension has not been ensured to him.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner and ensure admissible claim to the petitioner within three months from the date of production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner will be entitled for 8% interest on delayed payment.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
