Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the respondents-State and perused the record.
The case of the petitioner is that the Investigating Agency is not proceeding with adequate pace with the investigation in Case Crime No.488 of 2015 pending investigation at Police Station Naini, District Allahabad pertaining to the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120B, 504, 506 IPC.
Having considered the facts of the case and on going through the submissions contained in the writ petition along with the annexed documents, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition for writ directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad to look into the matter and to issue necessary directions to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation in the matter expeditiously as far as possible within a period of six months from the date, the petitioner produce a certified copy of this order before Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad.
