On account of non-availability of the order within the stipulated period the amount could not be tendered with the registry. Accordingly the time for depositing the sum of Rs 15,00,000/- is extended upto 22nd June 2012. The order of Appellate under challenge dated 16th April 2012 shall be stayed till then.
