Learned A.G.A. has submitted that the application under Section 145 Cr.P.C. was moved due to apprehension of breach of peace in respect of standing crops over the fields and since before moving of an application under Section 145 Cr.P.C., the litigation was pending between the parties before competent Revenue court. He further submitted that the impugned order was passed on 2.7.1994. For last more than 23 years, the crop which is perishable item may not be standing there in the fields or preserved and in view of above, revision appears to have become infructuous.
In view of above submission, the revision is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any stands vacated.
