The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to ensure that the respondent no.3 does not grant protection to respondent no.4 in raising illegal construction over petitioner's land and respondent no.2 and 3 be further directed to ensure that no construction is raised nor petitioner is dispose from his land of gata no.781, 784 and 785 situated at village Vingawa, Kanpur Nagar."
The prayer of the petitioner mentioned in the prayer clause of the petition is wholly vague and unacceptable.
Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars and prayer.
