When the proceeding under section 198(4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 was dropped, the State Government filed a Revision.
The grievance of the petitioner is that pendency of the Revision filed by the State was causing great prejudice to the interest of the petitioner. A prayer has, therefore, been made for expeditious disposal of the Revision.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Revision filed by the State being Revision No.14/2004-2005 (Computerized No.C- 2004180000172) (State of U.P. vs. Jag Mohan & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
