Learned counsel for the petitioners Sri B. B. Rai contended that certain papers were not appended in the present writ petition hence petitioner does not want to press present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
The liberty as prayed is granted.
The writ petition is dismissed a withdrawn. This order is passed in presence of Sri Amit Manohar, learned Addition Chief Standing Counsel and Sri P. D. Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 and 4.
