(1) By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:
"(A) xxx xxx (B) Be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, and direct the respondent No.3 herein to record the orders in the proceedings initiated by her against the respondent No.4 under Section 57 of the the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993;
(C) Pending admission and final disposal of the present petition, be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 herein to place on record what actions she has taken after the matter was remanded back to the respondent No.3 by the respondent No.2 herein in relation to two show cause notice issued by the respondent No.3 to the respondent No.4 and the order recorded by the appellant authority - respondent No.2 herein;
(D) xxx xxx"
(2) Heard Mr.B.M.Mangukiya, learned advocate for the petitioner, and Ms.Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent-State on advance copy.
(3) Ms.Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader, as per oral instructions received from Mr.A.K.Vastani, Deputy District Development Officer, makes a statement that hearing of the proceedings pending before respondent No.3 is over, which is not controverted by the learned advocate for the petitioner. Ms.Patel, learned AGP, on further instructions, states that a reasoned order shall be passed in accordance with law latest by 09.07.2012 and a copy whereof shall be sent by Regd. Post A.D. to all the parties concerned of the proceedings.
(4) In view of the aforesaid statement, respondent No.3 is hereby directed to act as per the statement made hereinabove.
(5) With these observations, the petition is disposed of at this stage. There shall be no order as to costs.
