2. It is the case of the petitioners that based on the complaint given by one Kavitha, the respondent police is frequently calling the petitioners and harassing them under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petition.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, on instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the First Information Report came to be registered as against the first petitioner and the presence of the second petitioner is not required for enquiry by the respondent police.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
