This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in X Crime No.561 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in X Crime No.561/2009, after completion of investigation, was referred as “mistake of fact” and the same was also communicated to the complainant.
3. Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
