JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application is for enlargement of the applicant-convict on temporary bail on the ground of sickness of family members.
From the jail report, it appears that from May 2011 onwards, by this time, the applicant-convict has been enlarged on temporary bail for four times and total period being more than 110 days.
Considering these aspects, the application is not entertained and the same is rejected. Rule discharged.
