Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner that the award has been passed by the Assistant Labour Comissioner, Gorakhpur, respondent no.2 but the same has not been executed despite hectic efforts have been made in this regard before the District Magistrate, Kushinagar, needs to be examined by the District Magistrate, Kushinagar at the first instance.
Accordingly, the petitioner may make a representation, ventilating all his grievances, supported by such documents, as may be advised before the respondent no.3 within two weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within eight weeks from the date the representation is made.
With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of.
Cost easy.
