(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) In this group of petitions and some other petitions, vires of Section-14 of the Secularization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been challenged. Therefore, Registry is directed to list this bunch of writ petitions before the Hon'ble First Court where matters relating to challenge to the vires is listed.
