The present petition arises out of suit proceedings and certain directions have been sought to the trial court in respect of the said proceedings.
In view of the law laid down in the case of Radhey Shyam vs. Chhabi Nath, (2015) 5 SCC 423, no such direction in the nature mandamus can be issued to a civil court under Article 226.
The petition stands dismissed accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
