The challenge is to the demand notice dated 07.01.2021 whereby certain electricity dues were demanded from the petitioner.
For the grievances raised in the present writ petition, the proper course of action is to approach the Executive Engineer concerned by invoking provisions of Clause 6.5 of Electricity Supply Code, 2005. In case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3 with a proper objection in accordance with the provisions of Clause 6.5 of the Code, he shall be under obligation to take the expeditious decision in accordance with law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
