Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel has appeared on instructions from the opposite party and has stated that although the claims of the applicant have been found to be acceptable but in the absence of further particulars relating to the last posting of the applicant, the opposite party has not been able to disburse any sums to the applicant as yet.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that he shall within a period of ten days from today furnish and provide all particulars relating to his last posting and such other details as the Executive Engineer may require. Subject to compliance with the above, Sri Ajay Kumar states that the concerned Executive Engineer shall ensure that all payments found due and admissible to the applicant shall be released within a period of one month therefrom. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
The application shall stand disposed of.
